MISERERE

by Wolves Den

about

After some waiting time the second work of Wolves Den will be released on 15.05.2020. Good things come to those who wait - "Miserere" pukes 8 wrathful chunks of Black/ Death metal at our feet.
Wolves Den take their style to a new level and tighten the thumbscrews - more dirt and aggression, a bloody cocktail that remains true to the roots of the genre, also in 2020.

Get ready for a hellish ride between melancholy and madness! There are persuaders at work here whose longstanding membership in the dark guild is audible at all times. The insidiously nagging vocals of Helge, the precise guitar playing of Mexx, and the hammering drums of Manuel form the backbone of a sinister demon who will soon vomit over mankind! Songs like the sinister "Nachtmahr" or the bitterly angry "Häresie" have what it takes to mature into classics of the genre in some time.

The rancid icing on the cake is the impressive artwork by Lisa Vinstervan, which masterfully captures the dark morbid mood of the album. Toughness, darkness, sublimity!

Wolves Den means: Blackened Death Metal from Munich, Germany. Founded in 2013 by Mexx and Helge, two longtime veterans in countless bands, and supported by Stefan Botz and Manuel Di Camillo, both also well experienced, the unholy crusade started in 2015 with the first album "Deus Vult".

Many clubs, venues and festivals all across Europe have been hacked to pieces, drowned in gloomy german vocals and squeezed by harsh drumms; those who witnessed and are into that dark kind of music, have been rewared with melancholic melodies, floating above a sea of shit and grief. And finally, in 2020, the Tides of Hate return, for the first time under the banner of Trollzorn Records: "Miserere"!
